A birthday bash in Beijing is being planned for King Father Norodom Sihanouk, who intends to remain in China for at least another month, his personal secretary said yesterday.
Returning from a visit to China, Prince Sisowath Thomico told the Post yesterday that the retired king will not be coming back to Cambodia in time to celebrate his 91st birthday on October 31.
“He is not ill; his health is fine. But he is just tired,” said Thomico. “King Father will celebrate his birthday in Beijing [instead]. There will be royal family meeting him there. Traditionally, Chinese high-ranking officials have taken flowers to offer to the King, as well.”
On the occasion of his 90th birthday, Norodom Sihanouk last year returned to Cambodia and gave a rare public address – his first since abdicating the throne in 2004, praising the ruling CPP government.
A long-time hypertension and diabetes sufferer who has battled cancer three times, he also used the occasion to announce he would never leave Cambodia again, but he was soon forced to return to China for medical treatment.

When you were Cambodia head of State, you spent most of your time fucking indiscriminately any women who close to you, even your own aunt. You and the fucking stray dog have the same character.
- You spent your precious time to sing, wrote songs, made movie, and your famous movie "Live Happily" while Khmer people suffered heavily from the lack of their necessity.
- To weaken Cambodia, Vietnam has always tried to break Khmer apart so that they can get Khmer land.
- Your dumb idea was to help the 2 Vietnam to unite, hoping that Vietnam will be grateful to you after their unification. Now, Vietnam controlled Cambodia through Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen after their unification. You dumb idea was working against logic.
- And countless mistakes that you made after you lost your power such as called on Ah Vietcong to invade Cambodia, exhorted Khmer people to go to Prey marquis to fight with Khmer in the sole purpose of regaining your power, etc....resulting of 1/3 of the population vanished.
- In short, You ( Ah Sihanouk ) and Ah Youn slave Hun Sen are the biggest traitors in Khmer history.
- When you go to hell, save one room for your brother Hun Sen too.
